My clients say…

Bill is a generous, compassionate, and supportive person. I took a major step forward in deciding to hire him for his help. His ability to listen and gentle approach throughout the process made me feel at ease and respected in this difficult task.

He envisioned an organized space that works well for me that I could never have imagined. He truly is gifted in seeing the possibilities, while considering the practicality of a space and the system that is needed to make the home (or any space) really work.

After a long 3.5 year displacement due to water damage at my condo, tackling my storage unit was a daunting task that I had put off. Bill was definitely the right person for the job, as his calm demeanor, compassionate nature, and leadership skills helped me face this burdensome task head on. He was my rock through this process.

I highly recommend Bill to help you with daunting and emotional organizational tasks. He is a skilled organizer, empathetic human, and is able to focus on the task at hand.

He makes what is difficult feel easy.

My process

In general, this is how I tackle organizing situations with you…

1.
Assess

Look at the current situation(s). Discuss options.

2.
Macro Sort

Plow in to it. Move “stuff” into major buckets.

3.
Micro Sort

Go deeper into things. Determine what stays and where it goes.

4.
Systematize

Create structure that’s easy for you to maintain.

Visible progress is essential.

With your permission, each session will have a ‘before & after’ photo to show progress is being made. Even for partial organizing sessions, it will be clear to show what’s been accomplished to get your “stuff” in order.
